Our Strategy

Filter Capital seeks to build partnerships with growth-stage technology and tech-enabled businesses in India. We target opportunities in sectors such as consumer technology, software, technology services, financial technology and B2B platforms, where companies are using technology to harness the special demographics spanning Indian consumers and businesses, while looking ahead to long-term expansion beyond India’s borders into regional and global markets.

Our Focus on career growth

Our Value

As seasoned growth investment advisers, we actively partner with our entrepreneurs to create value. Filter Capital is also assembling an advisory board featuring experienced technology business builders globally with specific insights into the technology ecosystem.

The Filter Capital Opportunity

Consumer Technology

We are excited about the prospects of entrepreneurs leveraging digital platforms to offer a superior proposition to the next generation of Indian consumers in segments such as retail, education, health and media.

Software as a Service

SaaS shows strong potential to be India’s next IT success story, as the Internet reduces costs associated with developing, selling, implementing and maintaining cloud based software platforms, and India-based software developers focusing on delivering innovative solutions to enterprises globally.

Technology services

India’s large and high-quality technology talent base continues to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for global enterprises through services in new technologies such as cloud, mobility and Artificial Intelligence.

Financial Technology

We anticipate India’s vision of a virtually “cashless” society will be realized as user-friendly applications promote wider trial and adoption of electronic payments, while digital platforms and new market entrants lower the cost of underwriting and distributing financial products.

B2B platforms

Rapid proliferation of Internet has changed how consumers and enterprises conduct commerce, thereby driving a significant transformation of underlying logistics infrastructure and supply chains across industries.
